Returns
What do I do if I want to return something?
All products shipped by Addo Enterprises,Inc. are certified to be in good order,
however should there be a defect in a product that is shipped to you then certain
procedures must be followed .
All goods returned must, on arrival at Addo Enterprises, Inc. premises, be
found to be in first class condition and original packaging. Proof of purchase,
either invoice or order reference number must be provided.
BEFORE sending an item back an
RMA number MUST BE OBTAINED. Contact us to receive this number either
by phone or send us an email. Without and RMA number you may not get reimbursed
as we may be unable to locate your item. Remember we receive a lot of mail and
packges daily an we need to associate a returned item with a buyer. If we cannot
do that, the item is simply put in with everything else in the warehouse and
we may not know you returned an item.
All refunds will be excluding shipping charges and there will be a 20% restocking
fee for non defective opened items.If the product is returned in the original
packaging, unopened, we will replace, refund, or credit your account for the
returned merchandise, no questions asked.
Why do we seem a little strict with our return rules? Simple. We have
had incidents where people buy items, say security cameras, and use them once
and return them. That is certainly not good for us. So we have had to tighten
the rules just a bit more. A good number of our products are tested and checked
to be in good working condition. But ofcourse there will always be the faulty
ones that you should return! Therefore we always recommend that if ou have questions
prior to buying a prodct just give us a quick call or send us a quick email
so that all your questions can be answered before making your puchase. We have
had little complaints with our products and we hope if you decide to buy you

Who pays for shipping if I return a product?
Shipping charges for returns and refunds are your responsibility. However, if
you are returning an item because it arrived damaged or there was an error processing
your order, Addo Enterprises will gladly reimburse you for postal expenses.
How am I taxed?
We are required to charge sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses in New
Jersey, USA only. No tax will be charged on orders shipped outside the state
of New Jersey, USA.
When should I expect delivery?
Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours on all our personal protection devices.
However shipping on our surveillance cameras take between 3 to 5 business days
to ship.If we are not able to ship within that time, we will generally notify
you by e-mail. After the product leaves the warehouse, UPS shipping times apply,
which (depending on your location and the volume being handled at the time)
is from three to seven (3-7) business days within the Continental U.S.
