Sales Agreement
Addo Enterprises, Inc. is a retailer selling to law enforcement officers
and agree not to sell body armor to the general public.
Non-law enforcement sales policy: Anyone who is non law enforcement needs
to provide us with a letter from a law enforcement agency, written on
agency letterhead and submitted for each body armor sale to anyone not
employed by a law enforcement agency. The letter from the law enforcement
agency must indicate that the purchaser is of good character and describe
the intended use of the product. This letter is to
remain on file at the individuals or retailer’s location.
As a body armor retailer, it is our responsibility to provide the proper
fit and level of
protection required by the end user. As such, we have received and understand
all fitting
instructions and guidelines relating to body armor products. You must
therefore complete our sales
agreement form and sizing forms (links above).
This completed form must be on file before any order for body armor and
related
products can be processed. Please return this Body Armor Sales Agreement
to Addo Enterprises, Inc as soon as possible to insure that there are
no delays in processing orders.
