Confirm with your local authorities
Some of our products may be restricted for import and possession in your country. It is your responsibility to ensure that the product you are ordering is legal to possess. Although we may not be restricted by United States law to export an item, it may still be unlawful for you to import and/or possess these items in your country.

Confiscated shipment:
Addo Enterprises will be responsible if your shipment is confiscated by United States customs, you may be entitled to a refund or reshipment. We will NOT however be responsible once the package leaves the United States; As the buyer you become the importer of record and it is therefore your responsibility to ensure that you are abiding by all local and international laws pertaining to importing and possessing anything you order from Addo Enterprises. No refunds will be given for packages confiscated by customs outside the United States.

Local duties,Taxes:

Please be aware that you may be subject to local duties, taxes or other fees that may be imposed by customs in your country. You are therefore responsible for any such charges. By ordering from Addo Enterprises, you agree to any and all charges that may be imposed by your local custom office in addition to regular shipping charges from Addo Enterprises. Once an order is shipped, and you refuse to pay for these local charges, then there will be NO REFUND and it is your option to claim or abandon your package.

Shipping charge& Shipping time:

Please be aware that shipping charges for international orders may vary depending on region.

Shipping Charge:
Shipping internationally will typically cost at least $20 to ship, depending on region. Please note that this is a shipping and handling charge. For certain cases where the item is OVER-SIZED, you may incure additional charges prior to shipping. This is on top of the shipping charge declared on our website. The charge for international orders is normally an estimate. If an item costs less than declared shipping charge, a credit will be issued. Final shipping cost is determined once product ships. If your item qualifies for this additional charge, we will notify you.

Shipping Time: Shipping time is the time it takes once your package has shipped. For all international credit card orders, it may take 3-5 days for credit card orders to be approved. Then it may take another 3 days or up to 2 months for the order to ship, depending on the item being ordered. So if you order an item, please note availability to determine shipping time. Pre-order items could take 4 weeks to 2 months to ship. Please contact us for shipping time on these items. Items that are immediately available will take about 10 days or less to ship.
