Why does Michigan need a special type of pepper spray?
Well it has to do with the concentration mix and strength. OC Pepper Spray
can be no stronger than a 2% concentrate. CS is the only Tear Gas accepted
in Michigan and can be no larger then 35 grams per can. No combination
Both tear gas and pepper spray have very good safety records. The U.S.
Army reports that CS has never been implicated in a human death despite
years of use. Civilian use of pepper spray also has a very good safety
