Customer Service was very good, but not perfect. The bottom line is I am satisfied and will purchase from them again without hesitation. The details: I didn't get any responses from email contact (2 of them), but there was a live person answering when I called (no hold time either!). I also got a live person when I used the online support. In each of those contacts, the person was polite, professional, and knew their products. I asked a lot of questions and got real answers. The email wasn't a real problem, since they provide other (better) means of communication, but it did cost them a star.
