Our payment gateway is an automated system set to the most stringent credit card verification standards and optimized to work for United States and Canadian credit cards. As such many of our international customers who try to use a legitimate international credit card are usually declined if our payment gateway cannot directly and instantly verify your inputed billing address.(This is usually noted as a AVS mismatch or decline).
This has caused undue frustration to many of our good international customers.
Since we cannot change this standard, we would like to recommend a tried and tested by-pass. Use your credit card inside of PayPal. The good news is that you do not need to have a paypal account to use their service. See below:

Here is how it works: 1. Add your item(s) to our shopping cart. 2. Go to check out and select PayPal as your payment option (not credit card). 3. Then click SUBMIT to move on to PayPal website to complete your order.

4. Once on PayPal website you will see the following link. Click on the highlighted link (if you do not have a PayPal account or do not want to create one)


5. Then you will see the following page. Proceed with processing your credit card and you should be all set! Thank you!

Confirm with your local authorities
Some of our products may be restricted for import and possession in your country. It is your responsibility to ensure that the product you are ordering is legal to possess. Although we may not be restricted by United States law to export an item, it may still be unlawful for you to import and/or possess these items in your country.

Confiscated shipment:
Addo Enterprises Inc. will be responsible if your shipment is confiscated by United States customs, you may be entitled to a refund or reshipment. We will NOT however be responsible once the package leaves the United States; As the buyer you become the importer of record and it is therefore your responsibility to ensure that you are abiding by all local and international laws pertaining to importing and possessing anything you order from Addo Enterprises Inc. Inc.. No refunds will be given for packages confiscated by customs outside the United States.

Local duties,Taxes:
Please be aware that you may be subject to local duties, taxes or other fees that may be imposed by customs in your country. You are therefore responsible for any such charges. By ordering from Addo Enterprises Inc., you agree to any and all charges that may be imposed by your local custom office in addition to regular shipping charges from Addo Enterprises Inc.. Once an order is shipped, and you refuse to pay for these local charges, then there will be NO REFUND and it is your option to claim or abandon your package.

You will receive an e-mail once your order has been shipped giving you all necessary shipping details in order for you to track your shipment.

Shipping charge& Shipping time:
Please be aware that shipping charges for international orders may vary depending on region. International orders normally take about 1-5 business days to ship from our warehouse. This is in addition to the wait time required if you are using an international credit card. For example you use an international mastercard to place your order it may take 2 to 5 business days for us to verify your card information. Then it could take another 5 business days prepare your order for shipping. so there may be a total wait time of 10 days before we ship out your order. so to cut that this in half, we recommend using payment methods other than international credit cards. Shipping Charge:
Shipping internationally will be calculated at check out. This is live rate from USPS or UPS.

Please note that this is a shipping and handling charge. For certain cases where the item is OVER-SIZED, you may incur additional charges prior to shipping. This is a rare occurence. If your item qualifies for this additional charge, we will notify you prior to assessing the charge. Again this is rare.

Shipping Time: Shipping time is the time it takes once your package has shipped. For all international credit card orders, it may take 3-5 business days for credit card orders to be verified and approved. Then it may take another 3-5 business days for the order to ship, depending on the item being ordered. So if you order an item, please note availability to determine shipping time. Pre-order items could take 4 weeks to 2 months to ship depending on the item you rae ordering.We will notify you if an item will take a while to ship. Please contact us for shipping time on these items. Items that are immediately available will take about 1-3 days to ship.
