The default position for the tracker is in Illinois. If you see the positioning in that area, then this means the satellites have not found your device yet. If you keep trying and you are still not able to get your tracker to be located, give us a call for instant help.


OPTIONS DEFINITIONS:

Tracking Subscription: This is where you select how many months worth of tracking you wish to sign up for. All our tracking is UNLIMITED where you will be set up with a personal tracking page for your device to monitor movement of your tracker 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can select either 3 months at a time, 6 months at a time or 12 months at a time. As you can see the best value is in the 12 months tracking deal for only $31.95 per month! Tracking Intervals (Which to choose): This option allows you to select how often the position of your tracker should be updated on the map. The advantage of the shorter intervals is that you get a smooth map plotting to show you exact distance traveled. This is especially ideal for businesses as distance traveled may be important in determining daily performances by drivers or trying to calculate fuel expenses etc. Shorter interval is also ideal for people who need to know location of car being tracked at every minute. Someone doing covert tracking or business tracking may want shorter intervals while those just "keeping an eye" may settle for longer intervals. Sometimes 5 minutes may be a long time where you may miss something important while other times that may be short. So determine your needs and select the appropriate interval. IMEI Number: This code can be found on your tracking device. Enter the last six digits of the IMEI code. This is a unique identifier code for your tracker.   If you bought:   1. ENDURO: The code is on the back of the tracker below the bar code. 2. WORLDTRACKER GPRS: The number is inside the battery compartment 3. TrimTrak: Don't need this code. We will use the last 6 digits of your SIM card phone number. 4. PLD: No code required. This unit is pre-programmed. 5. AVL: No code required. This unit is pre-programmed. SIM CARD #: This is the 19-digit code on back of the SIM card that came with the unit. However if you opted to use your own SIM card then provide the phone number for that card.
