Install surveillance software directly on almost any cell phone. Monitor your employee company phones, children’s phones, or use it to keep a backup copy of your own phone data. 1. How does the software work? The software works by installing a tracking module to the compatible cellphone. It then sends information via the internet to the server when activity is being detected. The user can login to the website and view the activity.

2. What is included in the box? A stainless steel gun and metal webkey which is required to start the ac tivation process. A detailed user manual and 5 year license.

3. Is there a yearly subscription to pay? A one time purchase is valid for 5 years. If you wish to renew after that please contact us.

4. Is the cellphone user charged for the information sent? Every bit of data that is sent is accumulated to your monthly aalowance in terms of kb/s (kilobytes per second) of data. You need to check with your service provider. In many cases data allowed is unlimited under the terms of your contract. Please note the actual amount of data sent is minimal and mostly it is small and should not affect your monthly bill.

5. Can I use the keycode more than once? Yes. You can use the keycode on any amount of phones. This means you can install the application on different phones providing it is only working on one phone at a time. To monitor 2 or more phones you would need to purchase a key for each phone you wish to monitor.

6. Can I hear or record a call conversation? NO.

7. Will the application downloaded from www.cpr.cc work with any phone? YES. This application will work with any of the operating sowftware and handsets listed.

8. Which operating system will the application work with? Symbian OS 8.c, OS 9.x, Windows 5.x/2003SE, 6.x, Android, Blackberry

9. Will it show me the entire email and SMS messages? YES, it will show you the text body of incoming and outgoing SMS and email messages

10. Do I have to install any software on my computer? No. There is no software to install on the PC, the software is webased. The only installation required is on the phone to be monitored.

11. How do I start the application on my phone? You do not need to do anything once you have installed the application. As long as you have selected "allow permissions" when installing, the application will be working while installed. (please allow 15-30 minutes for the data to be sent to the online admin panel.)

12. Will the cellphone user know the application is installed on the phone? NO. The user will not see the application running. It is only displayed as a photo viewer application under the settings

13. Can the application be deleted off the handset? YES. Please refer to the user guide section on how to remove the application from the handset.

Installation Instructions
Follow the below steps to install and use the Cell Phone Recon software.
1. On the mobile phone you wish to install the Cell Phone Recon, open the internet browser and type in the following URL http://www.cpr.cc
2. You will be prompted to download the Photoviewer application. Tick the box to set application permissions, then select download. You will see a list of options to allow/deny permissions, change all permissions to
‘allow’.
3. Once the application has been downloaded, you will need to reboot. Switch off the handset then turn it back on. The handset is now ready to be monitored.
4. On your computer, visit http://www.cellphonerecon.com/admin and select ‘Create New User’ to create a new login account. Keep your username and password safe, as you will need these to login.
When creating the account, you will need to enter the IMEI of the handset to be monitored. The IMEI can usually be found beneath the handset’s battery compartment, or by typing *#06# into your mobile.
The IMEI will then be displayed on the phone’s screen. Enter the Key Code supplied with the Cell Phone Recon to complete the account activation
5. To use the admin section and monitor the selected handset, log on to the Cell Phone Recon site with you username and password.

It will take approximately 10-15 minutes for the mobile phone activity
information to be uploaded to the site.
