Ease of Operation

This system comes equipped with wall-mount switches that can be easily mounted outside each room. Simply start and stop recordings and notify others of the interview in progress with the flip of a switch. Designed with law enforcement professionals in mind, our interview system is easy to use and operate with hassle free evidence management, remote management and easy system expansion. Our simple to use system software is built on the familiar MS Windows OS and makes even advanced operations seen elementary to perform.

Superior Evidence

The recording system uses a proprietary MPEG4II compression algorithm that handles both high resolution analog cameras and Megapixel IP cameras while ensuring perfect synchronization with audio. Included with our system is a SC Black high resolution CS mount camera with a 580 line Sony Super HAD imager, digital signal processing and a 3 – 8mm Pentax varifocal lens for clear, sharp images and full spectrum light transmission. We have also included Louroe electronics microphones with out system that feature easy wall or ceiling mounts, adjustable sensitivity levels and an amplifier with a built-in speaker for live monitoring.

Hassle-Free Evidence Export

Evidence can be quickly searched and located by time, event or with the fast review bar. It can also be exported from the recorder itself or with any computer that has the free remote viewing software. Users can take advantage of the pre-installed Nero authoring software and DVD burner to produce ready to play disks compatible with any DVD player. Users can also export recorded video as .AVI files or as a proprietary file for potential forensic authentication.

Evidence Management and Security

Activity logs are created documenting the user name and IP address every time the recorder is accessed locally or remotely to assure system integrity. Also files can only be deleted locally by the system administrator to safeguard against the accidental deletion of evidence. For underdeveloped server rooms or locations, the recorder comes housed in a semi-rugged chassis which includes an integrated dust filter, high temperature rating and 500GB high speed server grade hard drive. The system also includes a 1000vA uninterruptible power source to protect against power loss and the consequent loss of in-progress interviews.

Remote Management

Our remote management software allows fellow investigators and supervisors to remotely monitor interviews, review and download previous footage and be notified when an interview is initiated via email.

Central Management and Future Expansion

Central Management Software (CMS) comes standard with this system. The CMS can be hosted anywhere to monitor and control literally hundreds of recorders and thousands of audio/video streams from satellite offices, booking areas, correctional facilities, infrastructure, deployed surveillance equipment and more. The included recorder will accept up to two additional analog cameras, two audio signals, two control switches and four IP cameras.

The included interview room recorder is covered by a 3 year onsite Dell warranty while the Central Management Software includes 1 year of free updates, the remote monitoring software includes free lifetime updates, and all other equipment comes with a 3 year warranty and free-lifetime technical support.
