What is a stun
gun
A Stun gun is a legal electrical self defense device that puts out a high
voltage shock By merely touching a person with it, he/she is immobilized
for several minutes with no permanent harm. Stun
guns are legal in all but a few states and no license or permit is
required to carry It. It is considered reasonable force to resist attack
and can be carried concealed or unconcealed.
In addition to its physical effect, the stun gun can serve as an effective
psychological intimidator. When the stun
gun is engaged, and it is not touching the assailant, a charge of
electricity is sent crackling between the two test probes just below the
