23 IR Vandal Proof Dome Camera

This model has a 3.6mm fixed lens and infrared technology. It has 23 infrared lights built around the 3.6mm lens. The camera also comes with a vandal proof casing which allows it to handle abuse from all sorts of things. It's main purpose is to resist against people trying to destroy the security camera. The camera's 1/3" Sony Super HAD CCD chip-set will produce amazing color video during the day. The chip-set can produce 480 TV Lines and even better depending on the amount of light coming into the camera's lens. At night time the chip-set's sensor switches to an infrared image and the camera will product a 500 TV Line video feed. The image is clear, crisp, sharp, and it is black and white. This camera will work in total darkness and is an effective solution both indoors or outdoors. It is comparable to the power and multi-purpose of our bullet security cameras. This dome offers a bit more selection and style to any CCTV application.

Sony CMD702NIR Camera Mounting Instructions
This dome camera also mounts from the top. There are three screws for mounts. We suggest mounting this camera from the top. It does not have a flexible lens positing so, you will need to make sure you face the camera in the field of view you want. The package we ship out has a dry-wall kit if needed and instructions for proper installation.
