About PepperShot
Pepper Shot is a 10% pepper spray rated at 2 million scoville heat units and made with a very fine grain that is more effective than the coarser grains of most other pepper sprays. In addition to causing an attacker pain, Pepper Shot swells the mucous membranes, which makes breathing difficult, and swells the veins in the eyes, causing the eyes to close. These effects last 20-30 minutes and cause no permanent damage. All sprays have locking actuators for extra safety.

Both tear gas and pepper spray have very good safety records. The U.S. Army reports that CS has never been implicated in a human death despite years of use. Civilian use of pepper spray also has a very good safety record.

True Customer Encounter: flashlight stun gun

A while back, we asked some of our customers to tell us their experiences of using the pepper spray or stun guns they bought from us. Well the truth is many of them have not had the chance of using theirs yet. Only a tiny percentage of them have actually used theirs. All it means is that these are careful individuals who take all necesary precautionary measures when they are out in public. We did however get ONE person who actually did end up using hers. She was walking back from work one night and some loser came up to her and asked her to give him "all your money" (This was a very classic case). She said ok. Somehow she had the idea of having one spray in her handbag and the other on her keychain. She co operated. She didn't make any unnecassary moves. So she went into her handbag and took out some very HOT money and GAVE IT to the would be robber. Boy was he surprised. She quickly ran to a populated area and called 911. By the time the cops came, the thief was still trying to rub the pepper spray from his eyes. He was one sorry clown! He was apprehended and the lady is safe.
